Located in the heart of the Marche region, in Monte San Pietrangeli (FM), Azienda Agricola Menchi is a small family-run farm rooted in tradition and a passion for artisanal agriculture.
Here, amid the unique climate and soil of the Marche, we have created an exclusive line of tiny artichokes, a rare variety that grows solely around our family home.
OUR STORY
Our journey began in the late 1990s when Franco Menchi, the family patriarch, embarked on a mission to find the best-suited artichoke variety for our land.
After years of trials and care, he selected a plant that produces exceptionally small artichokes, a rare and precious variety that is now the hallmark of Azienda Agricola Menchi.

Each artichoke is harvested, processed, and packaged entirely by hand, ensuring the high quality and authenticity you taste in every bite.
Each jar is carefully filled using tweezers, one artichoke at a time, to create the signature texture visible through the glass, a testament to our artisanal approach.
The Traditional Processing of Our Artichokes
After harvest, each artichoke is carefully cleaned and inspected by hand. Following traditional methods, each artichoke is washed, cooked, and prepared to preserve the genuine flavors of our land.
They are then preserved in high-quality Marche olive oil, offering the perfect balance of tastes.
PACKAGING AND JARS
Each artichoke is arranged by hand in glass jars with precision, ensuring an attractive and high-quality product. We offer jars in various sizes and weights to suit all occasions, perfect for enjoying these little treasures in different settings.
